Cancellation Policy

All sessions and event packages with Erika’s Photography require a non-refundable booking deposit. This deposit is applied toward your total balance and is required to officially reserve your date. Until the deposit is received, your session or event is not considered booked. Deposits protect your time and ensure that your chosen date is saved just for you. You may reschedule your session if you or a family member are sick, or if weather conditions prevent us from moving forward. While deposits are not returned, they can be transferred to a new date under these circumstances. Clients may reschedule freely with at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made within 48 hours of your session may be subject to a new deposit to secure a different date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session or event, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
